Accelerated Nursing School Tuition and Fees
Returning to school to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree requires careful financial consideration, but ultimately, it’s a sound investment in your future. At Northeastern, since our Accelerated BSN (ABSN) program offers three start dates each year and two paths — second-degree and transfer — you can begin your nursing studies sooner than with other programs.
As you navigate covering tuition and other expenses, you will never be alone. We’ll assign you a dedicated admissions counselor who will explain our accelerated nursing school tuition in detail and help keep you on track with important steps and deadlines throughout the admissions process — like filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
We base the cost of our accelerated nursing programs on the number of credit hours required to graduate. In addition, there are program-related fees to consider, including test assessments, books, lab supplies, uniforms, and insurance.

Northeastern University ABSN Student Scholarships
To help new students pay for their nursing education, Northeastern University’s ABSN programs in Burlington, Fall River, and Charlotte automatically provide scholarships to newly admitted students, dispersed over four semesters.
All newly admitted ABSN Burlington and ABSN Fall River students receive a $15,000 scholarship, and all newly admitted ABSN Charlotte students receive a $26,000 scholarship. Some students in Charlotte can receive an additional $10,000 in scholarships based on their educational background.
